Get started with our renowned Couch to 5k plan designed for beginners. This 9-week program includes walking and running intervals scheduled conveniently three times a week, along with two strength training days.
For those ready to progress, try our Build up to a 10k plan, focusing on runners comfortable with a 5k distance. This 6-week program combines walking, running intervals, and strength training to boost your endurance and strength.
Ready to go the distance? How about our Half marathon training program! This is for beginners or those coming back from time off. You want to comfortably be able to run a 10k and be able to maintain about 15 to 20 miles per week before beginning this plan. (this is to limit your risk of injury!) This is a 15 week training plan that has 4 days of running all laid out from you plus days for rest, cross training and strength training. There’s two example strength workouts for you as well as warm ups, cool downs, explanations of the types of runs and how to pace yourself on race day!
